Settle-in guarantee: Mend works gradually, so we give it time to prove itself. Use the product daily as directed, and if you do not see a visible change in your scar by week 8, email us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. No photos required and no need to return the product.
Unopened returns: If you change your mind, you can return any unopened, unused sticks within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.
